We have people in many locations and need to have people answer questions and administer their own business unit's inbound questions. Can we have multiple people answering questions and if so how do we avoid conflicting answers? eyemg.Respond can be configured to manage questions across multiple business units. Each business unit can have its own set of administrators. As questions enter the eyemg.Respond system, they will be directed to the appropriate administrator(s) based upon the business unit in which the question was submitted. Regarding the possibility of giving conflicting answers: Only one administrator can accept a question at a time, so there is no risk of two administrators answering the same question with conflicting answers. If a question is answered and the administrator publishes it to the FAQ knowledgebase, the answer will be available the next time the question is asked.
